fenkro offers tools to support practice, but you are responsible for ensuring you use the tools in a safe way.
fenkro does not provide medical advice. Any guidance about practice technique, duration or intensity is general information only. You assume all risk of physical injury arising from your practice activities.

YouTube content and YouTube’s terms
Since fenkro uses YouTube for video playback, your use is also subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and to Google’s Privacy Policy.
We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for the content of any YouTube video.
Acceptable use
Do not use fenkro to abuse the service, to attempt to bypass YouTube’s restrictions, to violate anyone’s rights or to do anything unethical or unlawful. fenkro may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
Changes and availability
fenkro is under active development so features may be added, changed or removed at any time and the service may be unavailable from time to time. fenkro may update these terms.
Liability and no warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fenkro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of fenkro.
fenkro is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. fenkro does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
Intellectual property
The fenkro name, design and original content are owned by us and may not be reused without our permission. Videos and other material from YouTube belong to their respective owners and are not ours to license.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
